1. Calcium Citrate Malate:

  • Calcium Citrate Malate keeps your bones strong and healthy and reduces the risk of them becoming weak and more likely to break.
  • Effectively promotes the consolidation and maintenance of bone mass.
  • In conjunction with vitamin D, it also decreases bone fracture risk in the elderly, slows the rate of bone loss in old age, and is of benefit to the health and well-being of postmenopausal women.
  • Calcium Citrate Malate does not increase the risk of kidney stones, and in fact it protects against stone-forming potential.
  • Calcium citrate malate, the most bioavailable form of calcium. It is more effective than calcium carbonate at slowing bone loss in post menopause.

2. Vitamin D3:

  • Promotes bone health in these ways: Helps absorb the calcium we get from food. Along with calcium, it helps to protect older adults from osteoporosis.

3. Methylcobalamin (Vit B12):

  • Cobalamin deficiency has been suggested to affect bone metabolism.
  • A low serum level of vitamin B12 is associated with a severe decline in bone density.
  • Vitamin B12 is a micronutrient essential for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) synthesis, which can affect osteogenesis.
  • Vitamin B12 is associated with osteogenesis, and low levels of this vital vitamin in the human body can be related to an increased risk of osteoporosis.
  • Maintaining adequate vitamin B12 levels may support your bone health. Adequate vitamin B12 intake is important for maintaining bone mineral density.

4. Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vit B6):

  • Higher intakes of vitamin B6 have higher bone mineral density (BMD) of the hips and spine than women with lower intakes.
  • Men and women with higher blood levels of vitamin B6 had higher BMD in the hips and spine.
  • Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate helps strengthen your bones and prevent breaks.
  • Vitamin B6 works as an essential enzyme required by cross-linking collagen; low levels of vitamin B6 can affect cross-linking collagen and cause bone quality to be impaired.

5. L-Methylfolate Calcium:

  • Treats calcium deficiency such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, postmenopausal osteoporosis, and maintenance of bone health. It also helps in lowering the levels of homocysteine to normal, thereby reducing the risk of fractures.
