Currently, he is spearheading the expansion of Aleafiaa Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Over the years, he has held key positions, including Area Manager and Regional Manager at Zydus, and later served as Zonal Manager at Biocon Biologics and Meleen Fertility.

He began his career as a Territory Executive at Micro Labs, steadily rising through the ranks with organizations like Sanofi Pasteur, McW Healthcare, Delcure (Akumentis Healthcare), PharmEasy One, and Novo Medi Sciences. His journey reflects a consistent record of excellence, strategic thinking, and team-centric leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Solanki has successfully managed large territories across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, overseeing diverse product portfolios in pediatrics, general medicine, vaccines, and dermatology. He is known for his ability to drive business growth through effective team development, strong distributor partnerships, and impactful promotional initiatives such as CMEs, RTMs, and OPD campaigns.
